By accessing, donating, or using our services at www.homelessnomore.com (the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and The Homeless No More.

2. User Responsibilities and Expectations

As a user of the Site, you agree to use our services responsibly, ethically, and legally. You will not misuse our services or act in a manner that could disable, harm, or impair the functioning of the Site.

3. Description of Services

The Homeless No More offers a variety of services and resources, including but not limited to programs that can be implemented in homeless shelters, informational and educational classes on homelessness and running a homeless shelter, and access to authored books. Our services are intended to educate, inspire, and provide practical guidance on issues related to homelessness.

4. Payment Terms

All donations made to The Homeless No More through the Site are voluntary and non-refundable. We appreciate your generosity and assure you that your contributions will be utilized to advance our mission.

Books mentioned on the Site are sold via Amazon. As such, all sales, returns, and refunds will be handled in accordance with Amazon’s respective policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, The Homeless Expert and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Site and material on the Site. You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal use, subject to restrictions set in these Terms.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, both parties agree to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association.

7. Termination

The Homeless No More reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site without prior notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, if you violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will The Homeless No More be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
